Rakuten Viki’s fourth annual K-Drama Day brings fans free K-dramas, exclusive talent content, exciting prizes, and special promotions from September 25 to October 1.
Rakuten Viki is bringing back K-Drama Day for its fourth annual celebration. The Asian entertainment platform will mark the occasion with free shows, special prizes, exclusive talent content, and more.
The festivities will run from September 25 through October 1, giving fans around the world more ways to celebrate their love for Korean entertainment.
Fans Take Center Stage in Rakuten Viki
Rakuten Viki is also putting its global fan community at the heart of this year’s celebration. From September 14 to 21, fans across Southeast Asia can vote for the K-drama they want to see featured. The winning series will appear on digital billboards in select international markets.
Viki will announce the winner on September 25, with the billboards going live shortly afterward. Sam Wu, CEO of Viki, shares:

Free K-Dramas and Exclusive Content
From September 25 through October 1, viewers can watch 10 popular Viki titles for free without a paid subscription. The lineup includes Spirit Fingers, To My Beloved Thief, Positively Yours, IDOL I, Last Summer, Love Me, Ms. Incognito, A Bona Fide Killer, First Lady, and The Scarecrow.
In addition, fans can explore exclusive interviews, artist appearances, contests, and other K-entertainment content. Highlights include interviews with A Bona Fide Killer director Yoon Jong Ho and Dive into You director So Jaehyun. Fans can also catch an exclusive interview with Bae In Hyuk and a conversation featuring the cast of Dive into You.
The celebration will also feature video shoutouts from stars including Park Ji Hoon, Lee Hye Ri, Hwang In Youp, Choi Soo Young, Kang Tae Oh, Kim Se Jeong, and Kong Hyo Jin. Moreover, fans can enter contests for signed memorabilia from their favorite Rakuten Viki stars.
Special Promotions of Rakuten Viki for Fans
Viki is also partnering with Agoda, LG, and WEBTOON for special promotions. Agoda will offer Viki users a travel discount and a chance to win an overnight stay in South Korea. Meanwhile, select LG TV users can receive a one-month free trial of Viki Pass Standard through October 13. Viki and WEBTOON will also connect their audiences through cross-promotional campaigns celebrating Korean entertainment.
