WOLF HOWL HARMONY made a memorable debut in Brazil at Anime Friends 2026, but for member GHEE, the performance marked a deeply personal homecoming. Having spent part of his childhood in São Paulo, GHEE returned to the city years later to perform before thousands of fans who had supported him online long before they could meet in person.
Reflecting on the experience, GHEE described the concert as an emotional milestone. He shares:
Coming back to Brazil and standing on that stage meant more to me than I can really explain. I got to reconnect with the local LOVERED community in person for the first time, and it felt like paying something back to my family here.
The group opened the show with the high-energy tracks “BAKUON -爆音-” and “Gachi Funk,” both inspired by Brazilian funk. In addition, the members greeted the audience in Portuguese and spoke about their favorite anime, creating an immediate connection with the crowd.
HIROTO also reflected on the visit. Having admired Brazilian football for years, he said experiencing the country’s warm welcome firsthand made that admiration even stronger. He added that he hopes to continue building a lasting relationship with Brazilian fans.
A Performance That Strengthened the Bond
Throughout the concert, WOLF HOWL HARMONY blended music, culture, and fan interaction. The members performed short a cappella renditions of songs from Dragon Ball and Naruto, prompting the audience to sing along.
Later, they performed “PLEASE,” a song that reflects the group’s shared journey through challenges and hope. Its opening four-part harmony transformed the venue into a moment of complete silence before the crowd erupted in applause.
The group also incorporated dance styles popular in Brazil, further celebrating the local culture. Moreover, they performed their latest single, “ココニイル Kokoniiru,” the ending theme for the anime Iwamoto-senpai no Suisen. Although the song is entirely in Japanese, fans enthusiastically sang every lyric.
RYOJI said the connection with Brazilian fans exceeded every expectation. Meanwhile, SUZUKI described the concert as one of the group’s best performances, noting that even first-time listeners immediately connected with the music.
The encore concluded with “LOVE RED,” the song that inspired the name of the group’s fan community. Following the overwhelming response at Anime Friends 2026, WOLF HOWL HARMONY’s successful Brazilian debut has fueled growing anticipation for a future solo tour in Brazil and across Latin America.
