CIRRA enters a new era with “I like it,” a sleek dance single that previews the Japanese girl group’s upcoming third EP, Snow Dress / I like it.
Japanese girl group CIRRA has released its new dance single “I like it,” along with an accompanying music video. The track serves as the second pre-release song from the group’s upcoming third EP, Snow Dress / I like it, which arrives on November 18.
The 10-member group emerged from GALBATO – GIRLS BATTLE AUDITION –, a nationwide project led by Harumi Sato, former leader of E-girls. Under LDH JAPAN, E-girls became one of Japan’s most influential female dance and vocal groups during the 2010s. CIRRA now carries that legacy into a new generation.
CIRRA officially debuted in March 2026 with its first EP, one-way-runway / Always. Its track “Always” topped the Billboard JAPAN Heatseekers Songs chart.
A Sleek Dance Sound
“I like it” introduces a contemporary house-inspired sound. The production combines a polished arrangement with Japanese and English lyrics. Moreover, its energetic rhythm and cool atmosphere showcase CIRRA’s confident performance style.
Mayu Wakisaka wrote the lyrics, while Rajan Muse, Wakisaka, and Louise Lindberg handled composition. Muse also arranged the track.
The single forms part of Snow Dress / I like it, which explores two contrasting sides of the group. “I like it” delivers an upbeat and dynamic sound, while “Snow Dress” takes a slower and more emotional direction.
Building CIRRA’s New Identity
“I like it” follows “Ready, steady, glow!,” released on October 1. The final pre-release track, “Snow Dress,” will arrive on November 2 before the full EP drops on November 18.
In addition, CIRRA released its pre-debut single “one-way-runway” in December 2025. The song later served as the January 2026 ending theme for Japanese television program DayDay. The group followed its debut EP with Water on August 5.
CIRRA consists of MYU.S, TOA, HINATA, YURARA, YUNA, MOMO, NIKORI, MYU.Y, KOHARU, and MANON. Its name reflects the idea that “a circle of connections can change an era,” capturing the group’s vision of creating a new era together.
