Breakout P-pop boy group GAT has dropped their latest swift move packaged through their newest song, “Mine.”
In the concept photos posted on their official pages, Ethan David, Charles Law, Derrick Ong, Michael Keith, and Hans Paronda looked like polished modern gatdulas in their playful layout, with handwritten endearments mentioned in the track as their set background.
“Mine” is a sweet proposal to win someone over, promising to be a loyal and reliable future partner. Completely submitting to the person they wish to pursue, GAT shows they want to level up the situationship, enough to call each other meaningful nicknames, like “palangga” and “my hinigugma.”
Written by seasoned hitmaker and award-winning music producer Thyro Alfaro, the track features his catchy hook through the lyrics, “Baby, it don’t matter what you wanna call me / ‘Long as I can call you mine-mine-mine.”
GAT hit the charts first with their pre-debut track “Daleng Dale,” popularized by MMJ Twins. Serving as the official opening theme of the phenomenal Viva One series, Ang Mutya ng Section E, most members of the P-pop group were also part of the cast as members of the notorious Ulupongs.
The viral P-pop act had their debut in 2025 with “Kakaiba,” which they wrote themselves, followed by a collaboration with MMJ Twins, who wrote the track “Kembot.” Earlier this year, they released the soft ballad “Kapag Ngumingiti Ka,” making “Mine” their second release in 2026.
