SHE HER HER HERS release “Tomorrow’s Sun,” a hopeful new single, ahead of their biggest UK and European tour this September.
Tokyo-based alternative trio SHE HER HER HERS released their new single, “Tomorrow’s Sun,” on August 19, 2026. The band pairs the release with its most ambitious overseas tour to date. The 13-date UK and European run will take place from September 9 to 26, covering France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

“Tomorrow’s Sun” centers on hope, unity, and the promise of a new beginning. The song draws from the idea that every sunset leads to someone else’s sunrise. Through its atmospheric sound, the trio explores the light that connects people across borders, distances, and experiences.
The band describes the track as a reflection on uncertainty and loneliness. Hiroyasu Takahashi (vocals/guitar), Tomasong (synthesizer), and Taiki Matsuura (drums) built the song around gradually evolving textures. They aimed to capture the quiet moment before dawn, when darkness slowly gives way to color.
From a Journey Across China to “Tomorrow’s Sun”
Tomasong’s “Miles for Tomorrow’s Sun” project also shaped the single. Earlier in 2026, he cycled across China after the band postponed a planned tour. Along the way, he visited cities where SHE HER HER HERS had intended to perform and met fans across the country.
The journey gave the song a deeper sense of movement and connection. Moreover, the landscapes, border crossings, and early-morning rides helped inspire its central imagery of light and renewal.
Musically, “Tomorrow’s Sun” combines dreamy guitars, ethereal synthesizers, and layered electronic textures. The arrangement creates a spacious atmosphere while maintaining the band’s signature emotional depth.
SHE HER HER HERS have built an international following since their acclaimed 2019 album Location. Their catalog also includes Afterglow (2022), Diffusion of Responsibility (2023), Pathway (2024), and Fibril. The band has accumulated more than 21 million Spotify streams and has developed strong audiences across Asia.
Following successful tours in China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Thailand, the trio made its UK debut in 2025. They performed at The Great Escape Festival and sold out headline shows at London’s Oslo Hackney.
Now, the band will expand that momentum with its September tour. The run includes an appearance at Germany’s Reeperbahn Festival and will showcase the immersive live performances that have become central to the group’s identity.
Stream “Tomorrow’s Sun” now and join SHE HER HER HERS as they carry their message of hope across borders.
