The Triple Threat in Agent Kim Reactivated Episode 6
Agent Kim Reactivated episode 6 opens with a flashback to 2006 on Jeju Island, South Korea. Mr. Kim receives an assignment to protect the daughter of the U.S. president during her week-long visit.
When Mr. Kim arrives at the hotel, he finds Han-soo and Park Jin-cheol already setting up surveillance around the property. The episode also reveals how the trio created the underground bunker they would later use for their missions.
Later that evening, the three agents gather at a local restaurant to discuss their operation. However, tensions quickly surface between them. Jin-cheol challenges Han-soo to a fight outside, while Mr. Kim quietly finishes his meal and ignores the confrontation.
Min-ji Falls Into Danger Again
The story then returns to the present as Min-ji unknowingly gets into Mr. Ju’s vehicle. Meanwhile, Mole Cricket and the Special Missions Directorate begin searching for her whereabouts.
An undercover agent secretly informs Mr. Kim about Min-ji’s location. Consequently, Mr. Kim and Han-soo travel to Musu Mountain to continue the search.
By sunrise, Min-ji arrives at Mr. Ju’s estate. She attempts to call home, but someone stops her before the call connects. Instead, the staff escorts her inside, where they provide clean clothes and help her freshen up.
Soon after, Mr. Ju speaks with Min-ji. Frightened, she asks to contact her father, but he refuses. Instead, he outlines how he plans to manipulate the situation before the Special Missions Directorate unexpectedly storms the estate.
Mr. Ju immediately orders his men to hide Min-ji in the basement. He also contacts the Vice Minister of National Security to report the raid. Outside, his assistant fiercely attacks the Special Missions Directorate agents while Mr. Ju cooperates with Mole Cricket’s demands.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kim and Han-soo monitor the estate from a distance. They notice the laundromat owner and a female agent leaving for another property, prompting them to split up. Shortly afterward, Mole Cricket receives a call from the Vice Minister and leaves the estate.
During the confusion, the laundromat owner rescues Min-ji after fighting several of Mr. Ju’s men. However, Mole Cricket quickly intercepts them, takes Min-ji into custody, and knocks her unconscious when she repeatedly asks where they are taking her.
Agent Kim Reactivated Episode 6 Recap: Inside the Headquarters
Elsewhere, Mr. Kim defeats the Special Missions Directorate agents watching the estate. He learns that they are transporting Min-ji to the agency’s headquarters.
Using a radio, Mr. Kim attempts to speak with Min-ji. Instead, Mole Cricket answers the transmission and openly challenges him.
At the same time, Jin-cheol returns to his trailer and unexpectedly finds his wife waiting for him. Nervous, he explains everything that has happened in great detail. Rather than stopping him, she tells him she feels sorry for those who will stand in his way. Jin-cheol then retrieves his weapons from the trailer and affectionately calls them his ‘kids.’
At headquarters, Mole Cricket orders his agents to move Min-ji to an interrogation room and activates the facility’s emergency security protocol. Meanwhile, Han-soo secretly hides beneath a vehicle and slips into the heavily guarded compound.
Although guards surround the interrogation area, Han-soo quietly reaches the mechanical room. He distracts a janitor, collects supplies, and prepares to disable the building’s power.
Meanwhile, Mole Cricket questions Min-ji about Mr. Kim’s past and demands the truth about her kidnapping. Although she honestly explains everything, he remains unconvinced.
Just then, the Vice Minister of National Security arrives. Mole Cricket immediately orders his agents to move Min-ji again. Han-soo secretly follows them and discovers that they are taking her to ‘Isolation Room A.’
The Vice Minister angrily confronts Mole Cricket and demands to see Min-ji. Mole Cricket responds with insults and refuses to back down.
The Rescue Begins
Han-soo finally reaches Min-ji through the air vents and quietly rescues her. At the same time, his earlier preparations trigger a power outage that plunges the headquarters into darkness.
The blackout immediately alerts the Special Missions Directorate. Before Han-soo and Min-ji can escape, agents surround them. Han-soo tells Min-ji to run toward the emergency exit while he stays behind.
Moments later, Jin-cheol bursts onto the scene and opens fire. However, he soon realizes that every round in his weapon is a blank.
The three become trapped as the agents surround them and disable their vehicle. Han-soo finally surrenders to protect Min-ji.
Just then, Mr. Kim storms the headquarters and nearly kills the Vice Minister. The episode concludes with Mr. Kim finally seeing his daughter alive again, bringing an emotional end to the rescue mission.
Agent Kim Reactivated episode 6 delivers nonstop action while highlighting the strong teamwork between Mr. Kim, Han-soo, and Jin-cheol.
