His children witness the aftermath at the dinner table, which leads to irreversible damage. As a result, Ali loses his family completely.
To break that cycle, Ali gets sober. He refuses all substances, including medication like morphine. Moreover, he commits fully to a life of discipline and recovery. Ali channels his past into purpose. He works to guide others away from addiction. He treats his mistakes as lessons. In addition, he tries to prevent others from following the same path.
However, he also sees the consequences of addiction everywhere. Many people he has known die by suicide or overdose. He keeps a notebook filled with the names of those he has lost, marking the weight of his experience.
Meanwhile, in the present, Eddy returns to Alamo’s operation. He survives a brutal injury but carries a severe wound. Alamo immediately puts him back to work. Furthermore, Alamo assigns him new tasks involving the drug operation. He orders him to prepare “tune-ups” for several women. In addition, he plans another trip to Mexico.
Alamo also confirms that one of Laurie’s men will join the mission. The operation expands once again, increasing the danger for everyone involved.
Cassie’s Rise Turns Risky While Rue’s “Spiritual Awakening” Is Dismissed
Rue talks about her “spiritual awakening” linked to the burning bush. She believes it marks a turning point. However, Lexi stays focused on her writing and dismisses Rue’s claims. She assumes Rue is high and pushes her away.
Later, Rue goes upstairs to Cassie’s apartment, but Cassie does not answer the door. Inside, Cassie struggles after the severed finger incident. She contacts Naz, who demands payment and insists on continuing business. Cassie tries to explain her situation. She has deleted her OnlyFans account and lost acting opportunities. As a result, she lacks income and stability.
Meanwhile, Maddy gets dragged into the fallout. She faces backlash and ultimately loses her position. When she learns Cassie deleted her account, she becomes furious. Furthermore, she forces Cassie to follow her direction moving forward. With limited options, Cassie turns to Dylan Reid. They go out together, and Cassie sleeps with him. Later, she takes control of his phone and posts a message under a new handle. She promotes herself and claims she is his best experience.
The strategy works. Cassie gains over 100,000 subscribers quickly. However, Maddy notices the severed finger and realizes something more serious is happening behind the scenes. At the same time, Naz grows impatient. He personally visits Cassie and demands his money. He gives her 72 hours to help resolve Nate’s situation. Meanwhile, Nate remains in extreme danger, buried alive and trapped with a snake nearby.
Nate’s Dead in Euphoria Season 3 Episode 7
Naz warns Cassie not to tell anyone what is happening. He threatens severe consequences if she disobeys. Furthermore, one of his goons points a gun at the door when Rue arrives, turning the situation even more dangerous.
Meanwhile, Rue finds no support from Lexi. She later turns to Ali and explains her conflict with Laurie and the DEA. She insists she will complete one more run to fix her mistakes. However, Ali grows concerned. He recognizes the pattern and worries Rue’s choices may put her mother at risk.
Later, the operation moves forward. While the DEA focuses on the ambulance distraction and the trip toward Mexico, Rue heads to Laurie’s place to access the safe. However, Laurie’s crew does not trust her. They threaten her violently and even mention harming her further. They then lock her inside a bedroom.
At the same time, Naz contacts Maddy and demands one million dollars. Maddy reacts quickly and seeks help from Alamo. She also mentions Rue’s conflict with Lexi and her erratic behavior involving the DEA and Nazis. Alamo agrees to help, and a tense exchange follows. Although it is implied that Maddy and Alamo become intimate in a jacuzzi, the moment is not shown directly.
However, the deal turns out to be a setup. Alamo kills Naz and reveals the money is not in the briefcase. As a result, Maddy becomes indebted to him. He increases his cut of her profits to 20 percent and warns her to understand the cost of his help.

Together, they sneak to the safe. Rue opens it, but finds no money inside. Instead, she discovers multiple fake IDs belonging to different girls, including Mackenzie. Faye becomes furious and calls out for Wayne. Rue ends up trapped in the middle of the escalating chaos once again.
