Melody of Secrets wraps its 10-episode run with Tankhun and Tontharn starting over again—but this time, with no lies between them.
The Melody of Secrets finale episode aired on February 14 via the GMMTV YouTube Channel. The finale focuses on Tontharn’s decision to find his true self. He lived his life thinking that he was Botpleng, so now, he chooses to live with his real identity.

What Happened to Tontharn and Tan in Melody of Secrets?
Even though Tan returned to Tontharn to continue their love story, Tharn still chose himself. Tan said that he understands what Tharn said. He knows that Tharn feels happy, confused, and afraid. With all those emotions inside him, Tontharn said that he can’t love anyone.
The Tontharn he knew felt empty. Guilt over Pleng filled him, so he believed that he couldn’t love anyone. Despite all that, Tankhun assured him that he would wait for him. He told him that he could feel whatever he wanted, and he would still remain by his side.
That night, Tan and Tontharn started getting to know each other more. Tan asked Tharn to choose between two things so he could understand him better. Meanwhile, Tontharn asked Tan about his childhood and his dreams.
How Did Tontharn Choose to Live His Life?
Tontharn went to Muenmile and resigned from the company. He said that he truly wanted to discover what Tontharn wanted for himself. Muenmile asked him to stay, but he refused. Still, Mile assured him that they would remain friends regardless of the path he chose.
Elsewhere, Tontharn went to his mom and grandma’s house. He told Mrs. Kan that he didn’t deserve to be her son. Tontharn also thanked them for taking care of him all those years. Pleng’s grandma apologized to Tharn for hypnotizing him.
However, Tontharn never blamed her. Instead, he thanked her for letting him become her grandson. He also told her that she could finally grieve for Pleng’s death.

What Happened to Dao and Tharn’s Father?
Both Dao and Tontharn’s father were put in prison. Tontharn and Tankhun visited Dao and confronted her about her crimes. However, Dao said that it wasn’t her fault and continued blaming Botpleng’s family.
Tontharn also visited his father, who was serving his sentence for his crime. Tharn asked him if he was doing alright. His father told him that he was okay, at least he no longer had to run from his guilt or the truth.
Did Tan and Tontharn End Up Together in Melody of Secrets?
Yes, they did. Despite the countless challenges in their relationship, they still ended up together. Tontharn started a business with Tan’s help. The two also decided to get married and build a family together.
They planned to build a home for both of them—a home they had dreamed of for so long. Tankhun and Tontharn may have lived a difficult and complicated life, but in the end, they still found each other.

Melody of Secrets Review
This series really hooked me. Not just because the actors delivered great performances—which was already expected—but because of the plot itself. The story was not simple or predictable. Every time I thought I had already figured it out, another twist appeared.
I couldn’t guess what would happen next, and maybe that’s the magic of this series. It never bored me because each episode offered something new.
My favorite part of the series was when Book (Tontharn’s actor) discovered his real identity. His performance in that scene was outstanding and emotionally powerful. Overall, this series keeps you on the edge of your seat. It delivers thrill and excitement every time.
