Italian punk band Tornado Lobster Killer offer a deeper look at their new album with “Rhya,” a reflection-turned-intimate anthem of hope and resilience.
Tornado Lobster Killer is back with the next track from Lobsteria, their latest album filled to the brim with unexpectedly fitting contradictions. From anger to longing to everything in between, their tracks are sure to leave a lasting impression.
After the heavy-hitting urgency of “Pay To Pay,” their second single “Rhya” finds them fully embracing their vulnerable sides. Band member Matteo took the lead in writing the lyrics and arranging the track, packing a heavy punch with his personal reflections from a time of uncertainty.

Oh Rhya
Our hearts are tied in constellations
Oh Rhya
We are stronger than the pain, and we survive
It’s in our nature
In moments of darkness, “Rhya” serves as the sliver of light that shines through it. Their signature hardcore sound blends with the poignant lyrics, providing a unique contrast that lingers. There’s still a sense of urgency throughout the track, yet it’s more muted, as if they’re giving listeners space to reflect.
Known for their hands-on creative process, the band took on active roles in the single’s creation. From recording to mixing, most of the behind-the-scenes took place at Cristian Masiero Music Studio, while the bass tracks were recorded at HP Music Studio. Their diligence speaks volumes about their commitment as a band and dedication to music.
Alongside the release, Tornado Lobster Killer also unveiled the lyric video, filmed and edited by fellow bandmate Croma. The video featured close-up shots of the members performing the track without fully revealing their faces, adding to its intensity and emotional depth.
Released on June 19, Tornado Lobster Killer’s latest album Lobsteria is out now! Stream their new tracks and immerse yourselves in their world.
