Ryan Hamilton has returned with his new single “Dreaming Screaming,” released April 24 across all digital platforms. The song also marks the official launch of pre-orders for his upcoming full-length album, Haunted By American Dreams, set for release on July 3 through Wicked Cool Records.
“Dreaming Screaming” introduces the next chapter of Ryan Hamilton’s music with a roots-leaning alternative rock sound. The track blends warm textures with a heavier guitar-driven edge. It carries a road-tested energy while staying grounded in Hamilton’s signature songwriting style.

Dreaming Screaming is a roots-leaning alternative rock track with a heavier, guitar-driven edge, in the spirit of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. It explores the cost of chasing a dream past its breaking point, when ambition erodes mental health and pulls you from family. This is the first single from what will be my first album in over three years.
The new single also offers an early look at the themes behind Haunted By American Dreams.
