Max Bemis Song Shop

Max Bemis relaunches Song Shop, offering personalized songs and fan experiences, while Say Anything unveils its new webstore with exclusive merch and future updates.

Say Anything frontman Max Bemis officially relaunches his long-running Song Shop, giving fans another chance to commission personalized songs and connect with one of alternative rock’s most distinctive songwriters.

At the same time, he unveils a refreshed Say Anything webstore. The band has also signed with Civilized Artist Management, marking an exciting new chapter in its career.

Originally launched in 2008, Song Shop has become one of Bemis’ most unique creative projects. Through the platform, he transforms fans’ personal stories, memories, milestones, and relationships into original songs. He writes and performs each piece exclusively for them. Over the years, demand has remained strong. As a result, available commissions often sell out before the shop temporarily closes.

Song Shop Returns

With its return, Bemis once again invites fans into his creative process through a variety of personalized experiences. In addition to custom-written songs, Song Shop now offers one-on-one Zoom sessions, personalized video messages, private performances, and other special requests.

Unlike traditional songwriting commissions, Bemis creates each piece through live improvisation, writing and recording the song in a single session. As a result, every composition captures genuine emotion while reflecting the unique experiences shared by each fan.

For Bemis, Song Shop represents more than a creative service. Instead, it creates a direct connection between artist and listener. By turning personal experiences into music, he removes the distance that often exists between songwriter and audience, allowing each story to become part of the creative process.

A Fresh Start for Say Anything

Meanwhile, Bemis also launches a redesigned Say Anything webstore, where fans can explore Song Shop, purchase exclusive merchandise, and stay updated on future releases. In addition, the band prepares to introduce new merchandise as part of its expanding online presence.

At the same time, Say Anything officially joins the roster of Civilized Artist Management. Led by former Columbia Records A&R executive Pablo Mathiason, the management company focuses on long-term artist development, authentic storytelling, and meaningful audience engagement. The partnership signals continued momentum as the band develops new music and plans future touring activities.

With Song Shop back online, a refreshed webstore, and a new management team behind the band, Max Bemis enters one of his busiest creative periods in years. Ultimately, these new developments set the stage for more music, stronger fan connections, and an exciting future for Say Anything.
