eaJ turns his battle with maturity into “Feel Myself,” a candid reflection on the slow journey toward finding his way back to sanity.
Korean-American alt-pop singer and songwriter eaJ returns with “Feel Myself,” a euphoric new single released through Position Music. Produced by Kyle Reith, the track explores eaJ’s recent struggles with maturity, self-reflection, and rebuilding his confidence.

Finding His Way Back
At its core, “Feel Myself” looks back on a year of personal growth. However, eaJ does not portray maturity as a simple or polished process. Instead, he embraces the uncertainty, doubt, and gradual changes that come with it. He explains:
I wrote this one about my battle with maturity over the past year and the slow journey back to sanity.
The production also reflects that restless journey. A shuffling beat shifts between sudden stops and frantic bursts, while a warm bass line keeps the track grounded. Meanwhile, distorted synths build tension before giving way to a soaring, chantable chorus.
As the song progresses, eaJ’s rapid-fire delivery adds urgency to the arrangement. Then, near the end, he declares, “Yeah, it’s good to be back.” The line captures the track’s central message: after a difficult period of uncertainty, he is finally finding his footing again.
