AMI Awards winner Nadin Amizah reveals new single “Moonlight.”
Indonesia’s top-streaming female artist on Spotify in 2025 and multi-awarding AMI winner Nadin Amizah officially releases her latest single, “Moonlight”. It sets the stage for her upcoming third studio album.
Releasing under her independent label Sorai, the track is available to listen on all music streaming platforms on August 7, 2026. Amazingly, the song is around for a certain amount of time. Nadin thought about this way back in High school and performs it live occasionally. She shares some background on it:

eras, before I even had an album. Quite nostalgic, indeed.
“Moonlight” and upcoming album details
The song is now officially recorded and released. This serves as the head-start of for her third studio album, ‘Laika, Yang Ditinggalkan (Laika, The Abandoned)’. Additionally, the reason being its sonic construction introduces the album’s central subject, Laika.
Nadin explains:
Yes, “Moonlight” fits in sonically to introduce Laika’s world. Before getting to know her, I feel like we need to understand her universe first. From there, perhaps we can better comprehend Laika as a subject, along with everything that follows.
She also shares she paints her night in English for her latest project. A different creative choice that separates from her signature dense, highly poetic, and metaphor-driven Indonesian lyricism.
Again, it’s my earlier songs. Written back in high school, even before ‘Nadin Amizah’ as the soloist people know today existed.
Furthermore, for the album, Nadin goes into experimentation for its production. She partners with ten different producers. Specifically, featuring notable names such as Lafa Pratomo, Baskara Putra, Enrico Octaviano, Otta Tarega, and Feby Putri, among others. Nadin chooses Dissa Kamajaya as the main producer for “Moonlight”.
Even from the songwriting process, I already had a vision for its sonic layout, including the people who could bring out the best in it.
