AiNA THE END unveils new song “Blue Shining Star” days before One Piece Heroines debuts.
This is not the first contribution of AiNA THE END in the series. Earlier in the year, she also released “Luminous” as the new One Piece opening theme for the Elbaf Arc.
The song “Blue Shining Star,” on the other hand, will be One Piece: Heroines’ official theme song. The new anime will spotlight the women of the One Piece universe, to open new doors to fresh stories within this beloved franchise.
The singer appeared on Fuji TV’s 2026 FNS Music Festival Summer, where she gave audiences an early preview of the song. “Blue Shining Star” is also one of the singer’s high-profile releases to date. The song will set the tone for the new chapter of the franchise.
Music Video
The music video is directed by Keiju Itai. It centres a woman enveloped in light and brilliance – AiNA the END with white gems on her face and hair.
Rather than just focusing on the glamour alone, the visual captures a presence that shines from within. It portrays someone who carries both confidence and vulnerability, becoming a symbol of moving forward through uncertainty. Illuminating not only moments of triumphs, but also doubts and struggles that are part of the journey.
The imagery mirrors the spirit of the song, pairing an uplifting vibe with emotional sincerity with the hallmarks of determination and resilience that is present in AiNA THE END’s works.
The lyrics of the song reflect that no matter what happens, she will carry on bravely forward. Like a Blue Shining Star.
AiNA THE END started in 2015 as a member of BiSH, an unconventional punk band that performed without instruments. To the disappoint of fans, the band disbanded on 2023. But AiNA THE END continued as a solo artist. She released “THE END” in 2021, full of tracks that she wrote and composed herself.
In 2024, she released her third solo album “RUBY POP.” After that, she held her first solo concert overseas, followed by the completion of her “Harinezumi Smile” tour across eight cities in January 2025. Back in October 2025, she had nationwide tour titled “革命道中”, covering nine cities across Japan.

AiNA THE END has led her music to many shows besides One Piece: In January 2024, she wrote “Treasure” for TBS Sunday drama Sayonara Maestro: Chichi to Watashi no Appassionato. It was followed by “Frail,” the theme song for the film Henna Ie, and “Love Sick,” the theme for the theatrical film Mononoke The Movie: The Phantom in the Rain.
Her music has also been consistently selected for commercial use as well: “Heart to Heart” for Glico Pocky, “Kaze to Kuchizuke to” for NIVEA, “Poppin’ Run” for Volkswagen T-Cross, and “Christmas Card” for Tokyo Christmas Market 2024.
Besides music, AiNA THE END has also explored acting: In 2022, she played the lead role of Janis Joplin in the Japanese premiere of the Broadway musical “Janis.” In October 2023, she starred in her first film “Kyrie’s Song.”
She had her own solo tour “Grow The Sunset” and her first headline concert “ENDROLL” back in March 2024. Since April 2026, AiNA THE END has been busy with a tour across eight cities. This is her first-ever Asia tour, AiNA THE END LIVE TOUR 2026 – PICNIC -.
