VERIVERY celebrates life’s little joys on their 8th EP, CONFETTI, blending bright pop sounds, playful energy, and heartfelt moments for VERRER.
VERIVERY returns with their eighth mini album, CONFETTI, bringing a lighter and more playful energy to their latest release. The Jellyfish Entertainment group, composed of DONGHEON, GYEHYEON, YEONHO, YONGSEUNG, and KANGMIN, presents a more relaxed side of their artistry eight years into their career.
The EP arrives nearly a year after their December 2025 single album, Lost and Found. This time, VERIVERY draws inspiration from confetti flying through the air during a festival’s brightest moments. However, the members look beyond grand celebrations. They find their own “confetti” in the small moments that make everyday life meaningful.
With CONFETTI, the group hopes to turn those simple moments into sources of happiness for their listeners. GYEHYEON shares, “I hope this album can be a small source of happiness in your daily life.”
A Five-Track Celebration
CONFETTI features five new tracks, each highlighting a different side of VERIVERY’s musical identity. The album opens with “Way to Zero,” an electronic dance-pop track that presents “zero” as a fresh starting point. Instead of searching for the perfect answer, the song encourages listeners to trust their instincts and follow their own direction.
Next comes the title track, “Don’t Panic!” The bright funk-pop song delivers a simple reminder to appreciate the present. It captures the feeling of finding excitement even within the repetition of everyday life.
Meanwhile, “DRAMA” takes a disco-pop approach as a fan song dedicated to VERRER, VERIVERY’s fandom. The five participating members wrote the lyrics themselves. Through the song, they express their desire to continue building their story alongside their fans.
In addition, VERIVERY introduces their first-ever unit activities with “Touch” and “Eye Contact (눈 마주쳤지).” “Touch” features the Y2K unit of YONGSEUNG and KANGMIN. The speed garage track captures the moment when attraction between two people becomes impossible to ignore.
“Eye Contact (눈 마주쳤지),” on the other hand, brings together DONGHEON, YEONHO, and GYEHEON under the DYG unit. Representing Dream, Youth, and Generation, the trio delivers a full-band track that highlights their chemistry and playful confidence.
YONGSEUNG also emphasizes the members’ deeper involvement in the album’s creation. “This is an album we were more involved in creating than ever before, so we hope you’ll listen closely to the message VERIVERY wanted to share!”
Taking the CONFETTI Energy on Tour
Beyond the new EP, VERIVERY will bring their latest music to the stage through their upcoming GIVE ME FIVE, KEEP THAT VIBE tour.
The group will kick off the tour in Seoul on October 3 before traveling to ten additional stops across Asia and Europe. With CONFETTI introducing a brighter and more carefree side of the group, the tour gives VERIVERY another opportunity to connect with VERRER around the world.
Through its playful sound and message, CONFETTI celebrates the small moments that often become the most memorable ones. VERIVERY turns those everyday highlights into music and invites listeners to find their own reasons to celebrate.
