Rising K-pop group ALPHA DRIVE ONE returns with its second mini album, UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST, read as UNBREAKABLE : FRAGILE BEAST. The seven-track release explores the growing pains of youth, especially the struggle of facing prejudice, judgment, and expectations from others.
Rather than choosing the name “少年BEAST” for themselves, the members use it to represent how the world sees them. To others, these ordinary boys may look dangerous or different. However, beneath that image lies a more vulnerable side.
Through UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST, ALPHA DRIVE ONE explores that contrast while expanding the meaning behind “UNBREAKABLE.”
Running Forward Through the Chaos
At the center of the album sits “BORN DIRE,” its powerful title track. The song reflects ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s identity while drawing from the raw energy of British rave and punk. At the same time, the group gives these influences a modern edge, creating an intense sound that matches the album’s youthful energy.
“BORN DIRE” also carries a message of resilience. Instead of stopping in the face of chaos, the group chooses to keep moving forward. Consequently, the track captures the determination that defines their latest era.
The album features seven tracks, including “Diamond Hour,” “One More Time,” “Talk to me,” and “OMG!” It also includes “Good Life,” which previously appeared on their prologue single No School Tomorrow.
Finally, the album closes with “WELCOME home,” marking the first time all members participated in lyric writing together. Through the track, they deliver a sincere message directly to their fans.
