Catch The Young unveils their first full-length album, EVOLVE, marking a new era for the group.
Catch The Young has released their first full-length album, EVOLVE, marking a major step in their growing career. Since debuting in November 2023, the Korean alternative pop-rock band has steadily built momentum through two mini-albums and several singles.
With EVOLVE, the band deepens its self-defined “youth pop-rock” sound and sharpens its focus on what youth really feels like. The album explores often-unspoken emotions such as emotional wounds, anxiety, growth, and hope, presenting them with honesty rather than gloss.
Sani, the leader and bassist of Catch the Young shared:
Catch The Young’s first full-length album, EVOLVE, is finally out! We have prepared a lot for this album, so we’ll showcase our best selves that we haven’t shared yet, and we hope you look forward to it. We also promise that we’ll visit and meet many fans overseas this year!

EVOLVE Album by Catch the Young
EVOLVE features 14 tracks, all written and produced by the members of Catch The Young. This hands-on approach highlights the band’s commitment to shaping their own sound and message. Each track reflects their creative growth and shared vision.
The title track, “Amplify,” reworks new-wave elements through Catch The Young’s pop-rock lens. The song captures the band’s determination and restless energy as they push forward despite limits and obstacles. It sends a clear message about amplifying music and passion without slowing down.
The album also spotlights solo vocal tracks from key members. Leader and bassist Sani delivers “28 Hours,” a song about sleeplessness and feeling out of sync with the world. Main vocalist Namhyun shifts the mood with “I’m Already In Love With You,” a bright track that expresses how love can turn everyday moments into constant smiles.
Keyboardist and vocalist Junyong adds “Reperio,” encouraging listeners to live in the moment and embrace change without fear. The album also includes “지금 내 앞에 서 있는 네게 (To You, Standing Before Me),” which expresses the band’s gratitude to those who supported their journey. EVOLVE closes with “The Young Wave (2026 Remix),” a refreshed version of their first instrumental track released in April 2025, bringing the album full circle.
We’ve been waiting to release our first full-length album, and now we’re very excited, thrilled, and nervous about it at the same time. More than anything, I’m glad that Catch The Young has improved further as a band, and I hope you listen to our new album a lot!
Stated by Junyong, member and keyboardist of the group.
