Language is never a barrier when it comes to music, and SBTown continues to prove it through yet another music festival.
Recently making waves with the successful KWAVE Music Festival, SBTown brings the SBTown Music Fiesta. Featuring famous and rising K-idols, Korean actors and actresses, and of course, P-pop acts, this annual event will be the perfect place to share the love of music within the K-pop and P-pop communities.
SBTown Music Fiesta, Manila Koreatown Association (MAKOTA), and Worldwide Link will present and provide scholarships to the students from PEFTOK (Philippine Expeditionary Force To Korea) Veterans Association to commemorate the 75 years of friendship between South Korea and the Philippines.
In light of the music fiesta reveal, a media conference was held on May 24, 2024 at the Sheraton Manila Bay. Set to happen on May 26, 2024 at the Rizal Park Open Air Auditorium, the SBTown Music Fiesta will be flooded with fun and excitement with a jam-packed lineup of incredible artists.

As a foreign member of the group, Aria shared that the language was the hardest part when she became a trainee. Nova also commented on how the Korean members helped them adjust, revealing that she gets along very well with everyone.

Jang Hyeri presents a special stage
The former Girl’s Day member and bassist of bebop came in as gorgeous as ever. Jang Hyeri revealed that she has visited the Philippines several times for scuba diving. “I really like the Philippines because there are a lot of places to do scuba diving, like in Palawan and Cebu.”
In her fifth year as a trot singer, Jang Hyeri shared how she will introduce the trot genre to the Filipino audience. “It’s my 14th year as an artist, so trot for me is a bit difficult, and I wondered what the genre was at first. It’s a genre that will seem familiar to everyone because all is just music, like ballads and rock.”
