ALICIA DC, IIICCCYYY, and Thinlamphone join forces on the cross-border dance-pop single “Talk To Me,” a multilingual anthem born from a Southeast Asian songwriting collaboration.
ALICIA DC, IIICCCYYY, and Thinlamphone join forces on the bold dance-pop single “Talk To Me.” The track brings together three rising voices from Singapore, the Philippines, and Laos. Their collaboration began during a songwriting camp in Bali last September, organized by the AXEAN Festival. During the session, the artists worked alongside Singaporean producers Ian Lee and Daniel Alex Chia. Remarkably, they completed the song in just one day.
The track opens with a striking hook inspired by Lao folk melodies. Thinlamphone delivers the moment with expressive, soaring vocals. Soon after, the song shifts into high-energy dance-pop. Alicia DC and IIICCCYYY step in with vibrant verses that drive the momentum forward. Together, the artists blend their unique styles into a sound that reflects their evolving musical identities.
At its core, “Talk To Me” explores the rush of an intense crush. The artists capture the mix of excitement, nerves, and vulnerability that comes with falling for someone. Throughout the track, they express the simple thought of “I like you” in different ways. English, Bisaya, and Lao weave together naturally, highlighting the cultures and languages each artist brings to the collaboration.

Voices Behind Track
ALICIA DC, born Alicia Diva Chandra, is a Singapore-based singer-songwriter and producer. Her music balances polished pop sounds with direct, honest lyrics. Since releasing her debut EP Maybe in 2022, she has shown strong versatility as a producer. For example, she moves comfortably from soft acoustic ballads to trap-influenced pop. Later, she followed up with singles such as “Circles” in 2024. Along the way, she collaborated with artists including Gabba, CERATONE, and June Pan. More recently, she represented Singapore at the 2025 AXEAN Festival, performing alongside rising talents from across Southeast Asia.
Meanwhile, IIICCCYYY marks the solo pop project of Elisha “Icy” Ang. She first gained recognition as the lead vocalist of Cebu alt-pop band Sepia Times. However, this new venture allows her to explore a brighter and more experimental pop direction. Drawing inspiration from artists like SOPHIE, Charli XCX, and Hatsune Miku, she blends punchy pop beats with shimmering synth textures. As a result, her sound feels playful yet bold. Through her music, she expresses themes of love, longing, desire, and freedom while contributing a fresh voice to the evolving P-pop scene.
At the same time, Thinlamphone stands out as one of Laos’ most distinctive artists. She respects traditional influences while shaping her own modern style. To do this, she blends contemporary pop with R&B, folk, and dance elements. Her work has taken her beyond Laos to perform in the United States, Thailand, China, Vietnam, and Australia. In addition, she continues to refine her craft through vocal training, performance practice, and songwriting. By doing so, she pushes her artistry forward while still honoring her cultural roots.
