Korean artists Summer Soul and Jeebanoff unveil a heartfelt collaboration, unraveling imperfections in relationships.
Singer-songwriter Summer Soul and Korean R&B artist Jeebanoff have released a collaborative single, “Mirror.”
The song delves into the complexities of a relationship where the couple’s striking similarities ultimately lead to emotional wounds. Initially drawn together by their compatibility, the pair becomes increasingly selfish and demanding as their deep familiarity breeds discontent.
Specifically, the lyrics, “There’s spitting image of myself yeah, you’re showing me all of my imperfections”, capture the essence of the song, with Summer Soul and Jeebanoff embodying each side of the couple. Their heartfelt expressions convey the struggles of a relationship, one that cannot be improved anymore.
