STARGLOW showcases their signature energy and ambition with the release of their new single “Green Light.”
STARGLOW, the five-member dance and vocal group formed through BMSG’s audition program THE LAST PIECE, charges ahead with their new digital single “Green Light” and a cinematic music video released on 2 March. With this track, they make their intentions clear.
It’s time to move. The song delivers a high-impact anthem about pushing forward with grit and focus. At the same time, each member steps up with sharper skills and stronger chemistry.
First introduced as a standout evaluation song on THE LAST PIECE, “Green Light” now returns with renewed force. This time, it carries the full weight of STARGLOW’s identity. In the music video, tension drives the story. An unseen force pursues the members, forcing them to hide inside a worn-down motel. From there, they confront fear and temptation as they race toward something bigger. Choreographer Ryusei Harada fuels the intensity with bold, sensual movements that highlight the group’s charisma and power.

Momentum Builds for STARGLOW’s Next Chapter
STARGLOW built early momentum with their debut single “Star Wish,” released on 21 January. Soon after, the track topped the Oricon Weekly Singles Ranking and the Billboard Japan Top Singles Sales chart. In addition, global outlet NME named them the only Japanese act on its “100 Essential Emerging Artists for 2026” list. As a result, the industry now watches them closely.
Next, the group will release their second EP, USOTSUKI, on 30 March. The project will feature three tracks: the title song, “Green Light,” and a new cut titled “Blast Off.” Meanwhile, several physical editions are in the works. These versions will include music videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and the debut teaser series “STARGLOW IS COMING.” A limited edition from BMSG MUSIC SHOP will add exclusive photo shoot footage, bringing the total video runtime to about 141 minutes.
At the same time, STARGLOW will launch their first nationwide fan meeting tour, STARGLOW 1st Fan Meeting -STAR CRUISE –, starting in April and visiting 17 cities across Japan. They have also secured appearances at major spring events, including The 42nd Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection 2026 SPRING/SUMMER, JAL SAPPORO MUSIC EXPERIENCE 2026, and VIVA LA ROCK 2026. With “Green Light,” they push forward at full speed and set the tone for their next phase.
