With the recently concluded season 3, streaming platform Netflix announced that a 4th season is on the way!
Single’s Inferno is a South Korean reality television series that premiered on December 18, 2021. All three seasons of the series are available to watch on the streaming platform giant Netflix.
On January 23, 2024, Netflix announced that Single’s Inferno season 4 is on the way, “Due to its success, Single’s Inferno became the first Netflix Korea unscripted series to be renewed for a fourth season.” A statement from the streaming platform.
The popular dating series is one of the most talked-about reality shows in recent years. The show stood out because of its unique premise, which brings a new spin to the reality show genre.
The show’s synopsis, “Stranded and ready to mingle, flirty singles search for love on a deserted island they can only escape as couples for romantic date nights in paradise.”
Moreover, the producer of the show Kim Jae-won issued the following statement:
“We will continue to do our best and make sure Single’s Inferno Season 4 is even more entertaining for you by paying closer attention to the fans’ feedback on Season 3, both positive and negative.”

Single’s Inferno Impact and Popularity
Ever since its release back in 2021, the show has a steady rise in popularity in South Korea. With Netflix helping the show’s already growing popularity expanding it further to a worldwide audience.
The series always brings the heat (fitting for its title) with its unexpected changes of rules, twists, turns, and revelations. This left viewers to always talk about what happened in each episode on different social media platforms. With a variety of opinions and reactions, no wonder it became the first Netflix Korea unscripted series to be renewed for a fourth season.
Not only the series itself, but the contestants from different seasons rise to fame and popularity as well. Kang So-yeon, Song Ji-a, and Cha Hyun Seung from season one; Lee Nadine and Kim Jin-young (Dex) from season 2, who recently became part of the hosts of the series; and Lee Gwan-hee, Yun Ha-jeong, Yu Si Eun, Ahn Min-Young, and Choi Hye-Seon from season 3.
