Attention, SHINee World! SHINee’s Taemin is now part of the Big Planet Made family.
SHINee member and solo artist Taemin officially joins Big Planet Made Entertainment (BPM Entertainment).
On April 1, BPM Entertainment revealed that they had secured an exclusive contract with Taemin. “We recently signed an exclusive contract with Taemin, a solo artist and the main dancer of SHINee. We will fully support Taemin’s wide range of music activities in the future, and we will do our best to fly in more diverse areas. We ask for your support and love for Taemin’s new beginning.”
Previously, Taemin’s 16-year contract with SM Entertainment has expired. Despite Taemin being under a new agency, SM Entertainment confirmed that SHINee’s group activities would remain under their management. This means that only Taemin’s solo activities will be managed by BPM Entertainment.

Furthermore, Taemin made his debut with SHINee as the main dancer and vocalist at the age of 14 in 2008. Since debuting solo in 2014, he has built a strong reputation in the music industry by delivering well-received solo albums.
In particular, Taemin took over the world with his solo tracks “Danger,” “Press Your Number,” “Move,” Want,” “Criminal,” “IDEA,” “Advice,” and “Guilty.” Throughout his previous albums, Taemin has effortlessly proved his impeccable presence and identity by gaining favorable views from global fans.
As SHINee World’s baby cheese takes on a new challenge as part of BPM Entertainment, huge attention is focused on how the trendsetter will seem in an upgraded version.

Meanwhile, Big Planet Made Entertainment houses singers Huh Gak, VIVIZ (Eunha, Sinbi, Umji), Ha Sung Woon, Lee Mu Jin, Ren, and performance directors Kasper and Kany. Comedian Lee Soo Geun also recently signed with the agency.
