At the heart of the series is Kevin (Park Jin Woo) of OMEGA X, who makes his acting debut as Na Ae-joon, a high school teacher secretly devoted to idol Choi Si-yeol, played by Kim Kang Min. My Bias Is Showing! Original Soundtrack

The drama’s soundtrack is a central part of the storytelling. The album features four tracks: “덕통사고 (Countdown),” “DIVE,” “TAKE ME OVER,” and “Pure Love.” Junghoon took an active role as a composer, lyricist, and vocalist, shaping the sound of three songs. Kevin, Jaehan, Yechan, Xen, Taedong, and Jehyun also contributed their voices, transforming the OST into a collaborative effort from OMEGA X.

Each track carries its own emotional weight. “덕통사고 (Countdown),” inspired by J-Rock, captures the excitement of falling in love. Its title comes from K-pop slang for unexpectedly becoming a fan, mirroring Ae-joon’s feelings for Si-yeol. “DIVE” embraces house beats, likening love’s uncertainty to diving into deep water. “TAKE ME OVER” adds funk-pop brightness to the series’ more playful moments, while “Pure Love” closes the album with a heartfelt ballad that highlights romance at its most tender.

Behind the music are seasoned producers like ByHVN, NickIE from PAPERMAKER, and NE:ON, ensuring the OST blends idol-driven energy with polished production. For fans of both K-dramas and K-pop, the soundtrack offers another layer of connection to the story, bridging character arcs with melodies that reflect their emotional highs and lows.

For Kevin, the project has been a turning point. In a statement, he shared, “While studying the role of Ae-joon, I got to understand more about how our fans would feel and realized once again how precious their love is. I worked diligently on this drama with much excitement, so I hope you also enjoy it.” His words reflect the unique intersection between art and reality, where acting as a fan gave him deeper insight into his own supporters.
