Im Changkyun, better known as I.M, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer under Sony Music Korea. He debuted on May 14, 2015 as the lead rapper and maknae (youngest member) of the sensational boy group, Monsta X.

With more than half of the group currently on mandatory military service, the maknae‘s solo comeback is very much welcome. It’s a sparkle of excitement among Monsta X fans. As I.M’s last album was released nine months ago, Off The Beat is something to look forward to.

Off The Beat will be released on April 3, 2024, at 6PM KST. The motion poster shows the ticking of a metronome. Thus, fans are already speculating about the kind of unique music that I.M will be releasing.

The rapper released his first EP, Duality, in February 2021, with the title track “God Damn.” Following this, Overdrive was released in June 2023 with the lead track of the same name.
