Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps Drops This Week

It’s clobberin’ time, Marvel fans! The start of Phase 6 is upon us with one of the MCU’s most anticipated projects. The Fantastic Four: First Steps will re-introduce us to the first family with their awesome dynamic and powers.

One of the first ever superhero teams is coming back to the screens with The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The 37th film and first of the Phase 6 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a must watch because we get another interpretation of Marvel’s first family.

On July 23, the film will take viewers on a 1960’s inspired world in Earth-828. As they witness the family in an attempt to protect their world as the titular team. The official plot synopsis as it goes:

Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, the Fantastic Four must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer.

Directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision), the film is the first entry of Phase six of the MCU. The superhero family are as follows; Pedro Pascal plays Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic; Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch. Additionally, Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer, and Ralph Ineson as of Galactus.

 World premiere

Last June 21, fans got the chance to meet some of the cast and crew the film. The world premiere fan event took place at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, California. With a different take on a world premiere, the theme of it is “blue carpet” instead of the traditional red carpet.

Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps clobbers its way to Philippine cinemas on July 23 and internationally July 25!
