Solar is gearing up to make a comeback with the 2nd mini album, COLOURS.
MAMAMOO’s Solar announced her 2nd mini album COLOURS will be released on April 30, marking her comeback as a solo artist.
MAMAMOO’s YouTube account posted a logo motion at 00:00. Moreover, the album title COLOURS is shown in the video, which, by rearranging the words, also reveals her stage name ‘SOLAR.’ The comeback date is revealed after the background is tinted with different colors following a black screen.
On the other hand, this will be Solar’s comeback after her first mini album, ‘容: FACE’, in March 2022. Based on the album title COLOURS, it hints at the diverse genres showcasing Solar’s colorful charms uniquely.
She has been active as a solo artist with uniqueness. As a member of MAMAMOO, she shaved her head, defying norms to express stories through music and performance. Additionally, the upcoming stories to be told are being focused on by her.

Additionally, an exhibit will be held as part of the promotion. From April 27 to May 7 at 4LOG, Seoul. The poster showcases orange decor, symbolizing Solar’s cozy and warm atmosphere.
The exhibition will showcase Solar’s passionate colors, expressing her sunny, vibrant energy anytime, anywhere, like the hot sun. It is expected that Solar’s COLOURS will be captured and our colors will be discovered along with her. Various attractions, including unreleased album photos, will be prepared, and details will be announced on their official SNS.
Furthermore, Solar’s second mini album, COLOURS, will be released at 6 p.m. KST on April 30. The album will be available for streaming on multiple music platforms.
