Jade LeMac, a new-gen pop icon, drops another track ahead of her much-awaited EP, It’s Always At Night. The new single “Sleeping with the Lights On” marks the third track of the EP.
Marking the third track of the soon-to-be-released EP, “Sleeping with the Lights On,” Jade LeMac has once again showcased her pop music soul. Her new single sets a tender and emotionally raw tone that envelops and reveals Jade’s most vulnerable self.
When the lyrics came, “How the hell are you so fine, while I’m out here losing my mind?,” it mirrors the raw aftermath of heartbreak—like a fresh cut wound. Before the official release of the song, Jade had been hinting to fans about it while on tour. Moreover, it was recently featured in her powerful Audiotree live session along with her other songs “Constellations” and “Running Home.”
According to Jade:
Sleeping with the Lights On” is another one of my favorites. This one is definitely a vulnerable song, a heartbreak song. This also was the first song where I really discovered my sound when it comes to writing on guitar.
