(G)I-DLE takes the top spot in this month’s girl group brand reputation rankings.
(G)I-IDLE is a South Korean girl group under the entertainment company CUBE Entertainment. The group debuted on May 2, 2018. It consists of five members: Miyeon, Soyeon, Yuqi, Minnie, and Shuhua.
As stated, the group currently ranks number one in this month’s girl group brand reputation, with IVE, TWICE, LE SSERAFIM, and BLACKPINK as the other girl groups in the top five.
The Korea Business Institute analyzed 49,182,794 brand big data measured from January 11 to February 11, 2024, and analyzed consumer participation, media exposure, social media communication, and community awareness value indexes for girl group brands.
The number one rank in girl group brand reputation rankings
With (G)I-DLE being first, the group has a brand reputation index of 5,108,516, a consumer participation index of 242,120, a media exposure index of 744,578, a social media communication index of 1,676,851, and a community awareness value index of 2,444,967. As a result, it increased to 149.16% compared to last month’s 2,050,317 brand reputation index. (G)I-DLE’s numbers skyrocketed greatly in a month’s span.
IVE ranks second in the girl group brand reputation rankings
Second place goes to IVE. The group was analyzed and gathered a brand reputation index of 3,288,945, a consumer participation index of 277,576, a media exposure index of 811,326, a social media communication index of 971,427, and a community awareness value index of 1,228,616. Last January’s brand reputation index was 3,345,078, a 1.68% decrease.

TWICE is third in girl group brand reputation rankings
Third place goes to TWICE. The group has a brand reputation index of 3,081,489, a consumer participation index of 95,540, a media exposure index of 922,767, a social media communication index of 826,335, and a community awareness value index of 1,236,846. Compared to the brand reputation index of 2,551,545 in January, a 20.77% increase.
LE SSERAFIM comes fourth in girl group brand reputation rankings
The fourth place goes to LE SSERAFIM. The group, with a brand reputation index of 2,989,993, a consumer participation index of 198,900, a media exposure index of 544,501, a social media communication index of 817,146, and a community awareness value index of 1,429,446. Compared to the brand reputation index of 2,410,596 in January, a 24.04%. increase.
BLACKPINK follows at fifth in girl group brand reputation rankings
Going at fifth is BLACKPINK. The group overall has a brand reputation index of 2,889,685 with a consumer participation index of 122,196, a media exposure index of 837,606, a social media communication index of 853,279, and a community awareness value index of 1,076,603. Compared to the brand reputation index of 4,675,078 last January, a 38.19% decrease.
