Four months after Cinema Paradise, Zerobaseone returns with “Doctor! Doctor!”, an R&B ballad track that plants the seeds of a flowery road for the group to embark on in 2025.
From Zhang Hao’s intro to Hanbin’s first chorus, from Matthew’s and Gunwook’s back-to-back raps to Jiwoong’s soothing vocals, from Taerae’s impressive notes to Ricky’s heavenly pre-chorus, and Gyuvin’s and Yujin’s outro, “Doctor! Doctor!” allows us to bask in each member’s distinct voice. Without a doubt, this track utilizes and highlights all nine boys’ talents, making it a perfect introduction to new listeners.

“Doctor! Doctor!” is a song that explores lovesickness—the affliction brought by immense feelings of love. ZB1 sings a cry for help to the doctor to be cured of the pain and yearning. The music video also showcases the members’ acting skills. This, along with the addictive melody, perfectly brings us the pining experience of being in love.
If there is one thing to bemoan about “Doctor! Doctor!”, it’s the track time. With a duration of less than three minutes, the song leaves us wanting more. On the other hand, it’s amazing how ZB1 can pack vocal excellence into a short song.
