And after many years, we’re still in love with the Jonas Brothers!
It seems like every Jonas Brothers fan caught the lovebug during the Manila concert on February 22 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Because after a decade and two, Kevin, Joe, and Nick returned to the same concert venue to leave their JBnoys in awe.

Jonas Brothers in Manila Concert Recap
Who wouldn’t forget having their notebooks covered with the Jonas Brothers’ faces during highschool and even dreaming about getting married to a Jonas? The Jonas Brothers in Manila concert brought out a wave of nostalgia, having fans in between tears and happiness throughout.
Kicking off the one-night event, the Jonas Brothers set the tone with “What A Man Gotta Do.” The boys greeted the fans, with Nick expressing how they all anticipated returning to the Philippines. They then performed “S.O.S.,” “Hold On,” and “Goodnight and Goodbye.”
As Joe screamed “Manila!” the crowd went wild, with the intro of “That’s Just The Way We Roll” playing while the brothers moved to the extended stage. It was a feast of visuals and talent, indeed. But the night has only begun.
Celebrating Five Albums with the Jonas Brothers
The Tour, also referred to as Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour., features the band’s songs from their five studio albums. Starting with New York City on August 12, 2023, the Jonas Brothers are set to conclude the show in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on June 20, 2024. Their Manila stop on February 22, 2024, allowed fans, new and old, to reminisce about all their albums in one night.
In particular, the boys continued to perform songs from the 2007 studio album Jonas Brothers. This includes “Still in Love with You,” “Australia,” “Just Friends,” and “Games.”
Then, Joe warmly shared how their fan-favorite song, “When You Look Me In The Eyes,” was played by a pianist in their hotel lobby earlier that day. They then delivered a heartfelt performance of the song, with fans raising their phones’ flashlights in yellow and blue, displaying a fairytale-like encounter.

A total Camp Rock throwback
It’s not a Jonas Brothers concert without hearing their songs from the Disney Channel original movie, Camp Rock.
After Joe shared their experience of briefly touring the city and tasting Filipino delicacies, the boys moved on to their next stages. The boys treated the crowd with “Gotta Find You,” “Introducing Me,” and “Play My Music.” It was a euphoric experience, one that seemed like watching the movie all over again.
Catching the lovebug with the Jonas Brothers
Moreover, the Jonas Brothers sang “Year 3000,” “Summer Baby,” and “Sail Away.” The Filipino crowd was also able to witness the Joecation Eyes and Nickcation Eyes up close with “Vacation Eyes.” And it’s not an exaggeration to say that this was the part most anticipated by fans.
Tracks from the A Little Bit Longer album even brought the crowd screaming their lungs out. This includes “BB Good,” “Shelf,” “Got Me Going Crazy,” “Video Girl,” “One Man Away,” “Pushin’ Me Away,” and “Tonight.”
Of course, the night should not end without the groundbreaking hit and all-time classic, “Lovebug.” The ALBL set capped off with “Burnin’ Up.”
Revisiting Lines, Vines, and Trying Times
After a medley of “Waffle House,” “Montana Sky,” and “Miracle,” the boys went back to 2009 with the album Lines, Vines, and Trying Times. It was a memory to hold on forever as they performed “Fly With Me,” “Hey Baby,” “Poison Ivy,” “Much Better,” “World War III,” “Don’t Speak,” “What Did I Do To Your Heart,” and “Paranoid.”
Particularly, Joe made a special change in the lyrics of “Much Better,” changing it to Everything I’d ever need is right here in Manila with me. Kevin, Joe, and Nick also went closer to fans, with some of them posing for fans’ phone cameras. Joe even reached for a lucky fan’s disposable camera to take a few snaps.
Furthermore, Nick melted hearts with his solo track, “Jealous.” While Joe presented an electrifying performance of “Cake By The Ocean” with his DNCE bandmate, JinJoo Lee. They then played “Walls,” with fans illuminating the arena with their phone flashlights as part of the fan project for the boys.

Medley of Happiness
Next on the setlist was the 2019 album, Happiness Begins. The Jonas Brothers continued to sweep Filipino fans’ hearts off with a medley of “Comeback,” “Rollercoaster,” “Strangers,” “Used To Be,” and “Cool.” They also sang “Trust,” “Every Single Time,” “Happy When I’m Sad,” “Don’t Throw It Away,” “I Believe,” and Only Human.”
Once again, the brothers moved closer to fans with “Sucker” and “Leave Before You Love Me.” Everyone had their hands in the air, fully enjoying the one-night experience.
A Night to Remember with the Jonas Brothers
Leaving the fans wanting more, the boys concluded the show with “Remember This.” Filipino Jonas Brothers fans surely will remember February 22, 2024, as the night when all their dreams came true.
Fans left the arena with the hope of the Jonas Brothers coming back to the Philippines as soon as possible. And it’s truly not impossible, as Joe exclaimed, “We have to come back sooner!”
