Janine Teñoso brings out her songs straight to our playlists as she serenades us in her first solo concert—making the night magical and worth remembering.
The first solo concert of the P-Pop singer Janine Teñoso didn’t disappoint. Heart-tugging and relatable songs filled the night of September 06, 2025, at New Frontier Theater. Janine really stepped up her element, marking a new era for her music career.
Before Janine’s concert started, a pre-show was presented featuring Dený, Aubrey Caraan, Lee Daewon, and Shanne Dandan—hyping the crowd with their vocals.
As the night began, Janine greeted her fans in a sparkling red top and skirt. She kicked off the night singing “Apat Na Buwan.” Her charming and playful voice filled the NFT with loud cheers from the crowd.

Janine Teñoso Bares Herself Through Her Songs
“Palihim” was sung by Janine right after her opening song. It was a song that hyped the crowd before it got mellow with “Umibig Muli.” The song isn’t just one of Janine’s lineups; it was her comforting her fans with her voice.
The next song that Janine dived into was “Pikit Mata.” Amidst the song’s verses, Rabin Angeles appeared on the stage, recreating their habulan scene in the song’s music video. Even though short, Rabin brought kilig to the fans as he congratulated Janine on her first solo concert.
The fun didn’t die down as Rob Deniel also joined Janine on stage, bringing “Distansya” to life. Not even wasting a second of the concert, Janine went on singing her song “Laro.”
This was followed by Janine Teñoso’s popular song “Di Na Muli.” The song brings back thousands of memories—from heartbreak to acceptance. Her delivery of the song will make you cry, as if your heart is being torn to pieces. After the heartfelt performances of “Di Na Muli,” “Ang Awit Natin” took the center stage.

Janine Teñoso and Her Soulful Voice
To hear Janine’s vocals live is one thing, but to see her give that raw emotion through a song? That was magical.
Janine, together with The Juans’ Carl and Japs, joined her in a “Hindi Tayo Pwede” x “BTNS” mix. The way they performed this song can give someone the ache, even if the heartbreak happened a long time ago. Carl of The Juans congratulated Janine and told her that this night was hers.
In addition, the stage was meant to embrace the vulnerable side of Janine. Through her song “Kwento sa Silid” and her covers of “Iris” and “I’ll Be,” it felt like a reminder that you’re human. The way she sang these songs felt like you were seen and loved in the gentlest way.

Janine’s Songs Embody Her Depth
Not only does she write songs of heartbreak, but also of how someone can live life. With her song “23,” the place was filled with memories that will always linger.
After her performance of “23,” Janine was joined by Lola Amour’s member as they sang “Pasilyo.”
Janine surprised her fans as she sang an unreleased song titled “Mapalad.” It’s a song of gratefulness for the people and things that became a part of your life. The song’s title speaks for itself. And Janine’s vocals not only sang the song, she delivered!
After that magical performance from Janine, she was once again joined by her fellow P-Pop artists Cup of Joe to sing “Tingin” and Arthur Nery for “Pelikula.”
The people in the concert were indeed blessed to have seen this version of Janine—bare, daring, and magnificent.
Janine Ends Her Concert Full of Memories
Janine performed her last two songs for the concert, “Sandig” and “Hulaan.”
Her performance of “Sandig” will make you feel like you always have someone to lean on. Janine’s voice is like a lullaby placed in this song.
Meanwhile, “Hulaan” is definitely the perfect song to end the night. It was a bop, a jive, and indeed, the hype of the concert. Janine also let the fans sing some parts of the song, making their concert feel more exciting and memorable.
The first solo concert of Janine Teñoso was wrapped with loud cheers, sweet messages, and overflowing love. Her songs became a torch of hope, light, and healing. This is surely just the beginning of the new era for Janine Teñoso!
