Everyone deserves a break. Have fun and take yours with SEVENTEEN and huddle up with a glass of wine and these TTT episodes.

Most Carats (SEVENTEEN fandom name) are already familiar with GOING SEVENTEEN. But for newcomers, it is a web series on YouTube that features the boy group, SEVENTEEN, doing all sorts of things, from skits to sports. There have been plenty of recurring series since its runtime, and one of them is the beloved TTT series.

GOING SEVENTEEN came out with MT SVT REALITY, taking Ts from MT, SVT, and REALITY. The concept comes from the concept of MT (membership training) in Korea, where students or employees go somewhere rural and bond through playing games and drinking. From the name itself, we expect a lot of games and drinking. If that’s what you’re in the mood for, let’s get going!

Spin-Off MT SVT Reality

In 2018, GOING SEVENTEEN released Spin-off MT Reality. At this point, GOING SEVENTEEN was more vlogs and behind-the-scenes clips than the web series it is now. This makes this episode revolutionary in a sense, as it launched the TTT series.

In this episode, the members essentially act like this is an actual MT. They draw lots, they drive themselves to a rented house where they play games, and they swim in the pool. A lot of it really displays the refreshing quality of youth, especially considering SEVENTEEN is only a few years into their career.

The review? It is an essential watch. The boys are still starting the series, which makes it so they’re still unsure about how to act in front of the camera for this kind of content, but it’s charming in its own way.

Camping Ver.

In 2019, TTT Camping Ver. was released. It plays on the same elements as the first episode, but it’s clear that they’ve grown into their skin. One thing that’s unique in this episode is how much the staff interacts with the group. There are prizes once they beat the games set up by the PDs.

For the Camping Ver., we see games played against the PDs as much as we see games played against each other. There’s also a very vulnerable moment by the end of the night where the members share roasted sweet potatoes and their sentiments about each other around the fire.

Hyperrealism

In 2020, the most popular and most beloved episode of TTT makes its debut. Hyperrealism is a GOING SEVENTEEN staple for many reasons. First off, it encapsulates the general consensus of “if you see a bunch of beautiful men doing embarrassing stuff in public, it’s SEVENTEEN.” Second off, the boisterous energy they all managed to radiate throughout the overnight stay with the alcohol, the surprise birthday cake, and the karaoke reminds us all of easier days.

The review is that Hyperrealism continues to be one of the best episodes. After all, a lot of people enjoy being up close and personal with idols. This is an angle most of them choose not to show, after all.

Review? Best of the best. You should never miss it.

Dive into TTT (Watersports)

Dive into TTT got released in 2021. As the name suggests, this episode involves a waterpark. The members get to play around with various watersports all with professionals guaranteeing their safety. From waterslides to Woozi singing his famous drone song, this episode has it all.

This is actually also a close runner-up to Hyperrealism. It also has the boys playing drinking games after having fun in the water. Additionally, it cannot be understated how much SEVENTEEN love karaoke!

Grreuk Kak Kak

TTT finally makes its reappearance in 2024 with Grreuk Kak Kak. This is a reference to Joshua’s skit dance of an old man dancing to EXO’s Love Shot. This episode revolves around the karaoke machine (as per usual) and the basketball hoop they have in the venue.

The boys enjoy a silly fun time amidst their busy schedules. In fact, we see Dino passed out on the sofa in the morning after. Seungkwan even spots him and covers him with a blanket. It’s also likely the last TTT with all the members since it’s filmed right before Jeonghan’s enlistment. Review? Heartwarming.
