Colde’s BLUEPRINT+ Tour finally made its way to Manila last Saturday, January 17. For one special night, he turned the Music Museum stage into a living palette, singing about love in different forms.
South Korean singer-songwriter and producer Colde made his debut in 2016 as the vocalist of indie duo offonoff. He then became a soloist through his first EP, Wave, in 2018 before launching the record label, WAVY. Now a decade into his career, he has achieved global success with multiple hits to his name.

The BLUEPRINT+ Tour marks the continuation of his first-ever solo tour, which kicked off in 2024. Made possible by Studio PAV Asia Pacific, the second half of his tour sought to visit countries he missed the first time — including the Philippines.
As natural as air, Colde has a way of captivating people with his cool appeal and soothing vocals. Moreover, his reflective self clearly shows in the music he crafts, fostering a uniquely personal connection with his audience. Whether on stage or through his music, he promises a one-of-a-kind experience that never leaves you unsatisfied.

Colde’s BLUEPRINT+ in Manila Highlights: Lost in the Rhythm with the PH Crowd
Surprisingly, the night began without Colde on stage. Instead, he entrusted the important role of hyping up the crowd to DJ Skope, who didn’t fail to achieve said goal. His bass-pounding set quickly turned the Music Museum venue into a makeshift club, leaving no room for silence.
Amid flickering lights and growing excitement, Colde stepped onto the stage with little spectacle. Because of the dimly-lit venue and the cap covering his face, most of us weren’t sure if it was really him. However, as if rehearsed, the entire crowd erupted into cheers the moment we heard the familiar, velvety voice.
Colde started the concert with “Toxic Love,” one of the three tracks from his latest EP, YIN. Draped in cobalt blue lights and a groovy bass, he immediately caught us in a trance before moving on to another addictive track, “Heartbreak Club (feat. AKMU’s Lee Chanhyuk).”

IT’S ICY BABY: New Album Tease, Crowd Favorites, and Colde-Khakii Synergy
Like his charm while singing, Colde introduced himself with a relaxed flair and expressed his excitement about his first solo concert in Manila. In addition, he also gave a sneak peek of his upcoming album, ICY BABY, by performing the unreleased track, “Drippy.” Though it was our first time hearing the song, the fans sang along to the chorus with fervor.

After performing the fan favorites “When Dawn Comes Again (feat. Baekhyun)” and “Light,” Colde ramped up the energy with “BASS” and “Juicy” next to rapper Khakii. The duo brought the crowd to their feet with their electric chemistry, clearly eager to let loose.
Colde briefly exited the stage after the performance, allowing us to get to know his up-and-coming labelmate. While exuding confidence, Khakii quickly showed he didn’t need an introduction as he kept the crowd warmed up and hyped to his songs — “Laundry,” “PARKOUR,” “Trouble,” and his latest single “Wake your ass up.”

Laid-back Tunes and a Sunflower for Colde Blues
Once Khakii finished his set and left to resounding cheers, Colde returned for the concert’s second half with renewed energy. He also offered fans a breather with a lineup of chill, mellow tunes. From “Wolf” to the iconic hit “WA-R-R,” he transformed the final act into a Filipino’s favorite pastime — a karaoke session.
When the opening of “Sunflower” reached everyone’s ears, you could almost feel the crowd swooning as Colde gifted sunflower bouquets to a couple of lucky fans. His thoughtful gestures made the already intimate venue even more memorable for everyone present.

For his final ment, Colde asked if everyone was having fun and endearingly showed off his Tagalog skills.
COLDE: Kumusta kayo? Are you guys having fun?”
“Yes!”
COLDE: “Ako rin!

Without delay, the show seamlessly flowed to the encore as the crowd chanted his name. Like a drama scene, the venue was bathed in glowing lights as we lifted our phone flashlights and swayed to See You in My 19th Life’s OST, “Star.” Colde then surprised us with a heartfelt nod to his offonoff days by performing “Dance,” before rekindling the night’s fire with “ALL IN MOTION” alongside Khakii and DJ Skope.
As we exited the venue after exchanging a wave with Colde up close, we had a lingering thought that his BLUEPRINT+ concert felt much like his artistic identity. It was a show that didn’t rely on flashy effects, yet still created a space for fans to immerse themselves in his music. Echoing the essence of his signature sound, the night ended in comfortable silence, hearts softly tinged with a colorful glow.
