Centimillimental (センチミリメンタル) is a singer-songwriter, composer, arranger, pianist, guitarist, and programmer. He began using the name Centimillimental when he released the EP Twilight Night on June 2, 2018.

Also, he became well-known after writing the opening theme song for the anime series Given and his debut single under Epic Records Japan, “Kizuato,” in 2019.

Centimillimental Cafuné Tour in Manila Recap

Who would have thought that Filipino fans would get the chance to see Centimillimental perform live on the Philippine stage? Many are still in disbelief.

With Hi-Touch fan benefits available to all attendees, fans had the opportunity to get a closer look at the artist before the show. After the performance, they were also treated to a photo-op session with Cenmilli, making the night even more memorable.

The evening started with Centimillimental’s piano performance of “Kimi omou yoru,” followed by the well-known songs “Tsukiakari,” “Hoshinoaida,” and “Super Ultra I Love You.” The stage was filled with instruments, and the spotlight was directly focused on him.

The night continued to capture every emotion he aimed to convey through his music. He performed fan favorites, including “Hikarinonakakaratsutaetaikoto,” “Hitorigoto,” “Marutsuke,” “You,” “Straight,” “Parade,” and “Ai no Shoumei.”

Core memory as a Given fan

Without the well-known songs from the boys’ love anime Given, what would a Centimillimental concert be? The Manila crowd couldn’t resist singing along to “Fuyu no Hanashi,” a track that evokes the deep, sorrowful emotions fans first experienced while watching the anime. Every Given fan knows just how heart-wrenching this song is.

Following that, he performed “Umihe,” a song that delivers an unforgettable sense of closure—not only for the character in the anime but also for viewers. It captures the fulfillment of someone who has long restrained themselves, finally allowing themselves the happiness they deserve.

Centimillimental also treated fans to “Kizuato,” the opening theme of Given, as well as some of the anime’s original soundtrack, including “Bokuro dake no Shudaika.” These performances brought both nostalgia and emotional resonance to the Manila audience, making the night truly unforgettable.

Meanwhile, Cenmilli and his band members thanked Filipino fans for attending the concert and expressed their hope to return soon. The memorable night concluded with encore performances of “Hoshi ga Furu” and “Yuigon.” Check here for more information on Centimillimental forthcoming Cafuné World Tour 2025.
