Tag
In 2020, GOING SEVENTEEN’s first horror-themed episode is released. Tag’s objective is to locate the keys and get out of the building as quickly as possible without getting touched by any of the actors inside playing killers, clowns, and ghosts. Think escape room meets horror house.

This is the ultimate horror GOSE starter episode, especially since it’s both silly and scary in equal measures. Jump scares, zoom-ins to the members’ reactions, and high-pitched screaming abound. In this episode, there’s even a reported “ghost sighting.” Not everyone saw this mysterious figure in the dark, so could it be an actual ghost? It is up to you to find out!
Ego
In 2021, Ego gets released. It is seemingly produced to be more of a mystery than Tag. It’s also much more grounded in realism, since the building itself comes with traps and puzzles. This is a story revolving around the members as characters within the abandoned hospital. All of them wear matching medical clothes and are seemingly involved in a conspiracy involving clones and medical malpractice.

The members go through the exact same challenges at different time slots. Since they take turns, those who come after have the clues that the members in previous rounds scrounged up.
With every wrong move made, the turn gets switched to the next group or member, and they are warned not to repeat the same mistakes as the previous players. It begins when there is still light within the windows; the last round is played (and therefore solved) by Mingyu, who had to come in the middle of the night.
Grudge
Grudge gets released in 2023 and the production has clearly gone up in scale.
First of all, this episode happens in an actual village. The scene starts like more horror movies do. Jeonghan, Joshua, and The8, have the roles of three YouTubers who want to come investigate the village, after hearing about it from other YouTuber friends.

Unlike other horror GOSEs, the setting for this one is an actual village. Therefore, they are expected to wander around dead of the night. It also involves supporting actors who do their best to act according to their plot. Spoiler alert: this psychological thriller seems to involve the notes of someone battling cannibalistic tendencies.
Trap
Fan of apocalyptic zombie movies? GOING SEVENTEEN even has that for you! Trap begins as everyone wanders around an abandoned school building at night; the silliness of the first episode’s zombies turn to a head in the next episode, where the members discover that they have to fight their way out of the building.

By the second episode, the members are provided weapons and instructions. They are also eliminated once they are touched by the zombies. Unlike the other episodes, this one relies more on tactics and strategy. Unfortunately, like the other GOSEs within the same theme, this one does not end in a happy ending.
