After serving as an idol singer, center, and actor, Baekhyun has now launched his record label!
Baekhyun, a renowned main vocalist of the K-pop group EXO under SM Entertainment has just established his label named INB100. He has also enlisted other EXO members Chen and Xiumin to join his independent company.
According to Ten Asia, Baekhyun founded INB100 on June 23, 2023, and is recognized as the CEO of the company. Furthermore, he has effectively completed the registration process for the company’s internal directors.
In addition, Baekhyun had already founded the company before extending his contract with SM Entertainment in August. In a live broadcast on his Instagram on August 8 last year, Baekhyun expressed his intention to establish his firm, and SM Entertainment has given their approval. He affirmed his commitment to the fans that he will remain affiliated with both SM Entertainment and EXO, expressing his intention to oversee the company’s operations while also collaborating with the members of EXO.

It was announced that “INB100” would collaborate with SM Entertainment to oversee Baekhyun’s and his fellow EXO members’ individual and unit activities. On the other hand, SM Entertainment will continue to manage the group activities of EXO as a whole.

SM Entertainment has confirmed that the members’ contracts with the company are still valid for group promotions as part of EXO. However, the terms of their contracts also allow them to engage in individual activities, such as their involvement in INB100.
The new exclusive contracts with Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin are still in force, according to SM Entertainment. It has been decided that each of the three members of the group “EXO-CBX” would have their respective activities supported, even though the precise terms of the settlement are confidential.
