Diesel Boy announce 2026 tour celebrating 30 years of Cock Rock, performing the album in full plus fan favorites across North America festival dates.
California skate punk band Diesel Boy returns to the road in 2026 for a major tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut album Cock Rock. The band will perform the album in full at every stop. This marks the first time they will play it from beginning to end live. In addition, each show will feature fan favorites and deeper cuts from their catalog. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 24.
The tour rolls out in phases across the year. It begins in June, continues with additional July dates, and expands into fall runs. To add, more shows will be announced soon.
Ah, the ’90s. Wallet chains, long sideburns, giant pant legs. Cock Rock was our first record, the first release on Fat Wreck imprint Honest Don’s, and, we’d argue, the first in the hearts of many of our fans. Not enough firsts? These shows will also be the first time we’ve ever played it front to back. Many of these songs haven’t been played live in ages and we’ve been having a blast relearning them, while deeply regretting putting that many stops and starts into them.
Diesel Boy formed in Northern California in 1993. They built their reputation through releases on Fat Wreck Chords imprint Honest Don’s and constant touring through the ‘90s and early 2000s. After a long hiatus, they returned in 2023 with Gets Old. The album earned strong reviews. To add, they followed it with extensive touring across the U.S. and Europe, including festival appearances at Punk Rock Holiday, Brakrock, Pouzza, and Red Bridge.
The current lineup features Dave Lake, Greg Hensley, Jack Miller, and Paul Davis. Together, they continue to balance legacy with forward momentum. Additionally, their streaming numbers during their break helped fuel renewed demand for live shows.
The Cock Rock anniversary tour gives longtime fans a rare chance to hear the album performed in full. At the same time, it introduces new audiences to their energetic, humorous style of punk.
The tour begins on June 4 in Eugene, Oregon at John Henry’s. It continues on June 5 in Yakima, Washington at Bearded Monkey. On June 6, the band plays Tacoma, Washington at Airport Tavern. On June 7, they perform in Portland, Oregon at Twilight Cafe & Bar. The first run concludes on July 19 in Bellingham, Washington at Fourth Corner Punk Fest.
Catch Diesel Boy live in 2026 as they celebrate 30 years of Cock Rock by playing the album in full plus fan favorites across their upcoming tour dates. Don’t miss it.
