BOYNEXTDOOR will release their second Japan single, titled BOYLIFE, on August 18.

BOYNEXTDOOR, a 5th generation KPop boy group, will release their second Japan single, BOYLIFE, on August 18 for streaming and music videos, and their album on August 20.

The Japanese original song “Count To Love” serves as the title track, while the Japanese renditions of “I Feel Good,” “Nice Guy,” and “Dangerous” will also be featured.

The six members initially announced they were going to release a new album on stage at the “BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.” encore concert in Japan. Their first solo tour, “ENCORE IN JAPAN,” received a favorable response on June 30 at Tokyo, Japan’s Keio Arena.

By stating in fluent Japanese, “The title song is really good, so I hope you all look forward to it. We are also looking forward to the day when we can meet again for activities in Japan.”

BOYNEXTDOOR’s popularity in Japan is still growing. They received invitations to several major events, including “SUMMER SONIC 2024.” And chosen as the cover model for a well-known magazine before making their formal local debut.

Their first Japan single, AND, which was released last year, sold more than 250,000 copies in the month of its release and was certified Platinum by the Gold Disc (as of July 2024).

As soon as ticket sales began, all 12 shows on their BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol. 1 in six Japanese cities sold out. Their immense popularity was shown by the fact that each encore concert sold out fast.

Moreover, BOYNEXTDOOR’s glorious comeback in May of this year with No Genre proves how their success is organic. They are slowly getting recognition, and we hope to see more successful releases from our talented artist.
