Brazilian revivalist Banda AL9 marks their U.S. debut with their latest single “She Can Do It All.”

In their lively track “She Can Do It All,” Banda AL9 channels a style highly reminiscent of The Beatles, and infuses contemporary indie rock. The band members themselves directed, edited and starred in the accompanying retro-inspired music video released on February 9.

Wicked Cool Records presents their first official American single, previewing their upcoming album “Hey! Hey! We’re Banda AL9.” The record is set for a stateside release on July 17 and is now available for pre-order.

Composed of brothers Matheus Khouri and Thiago Khouri, the group started as cover artists in 2017. Clips of their performances amassed millions of views on TikTok around 2021 and 2022. Eventually, the band started releasing their original songs.

Kurt Baker and Wyatt Funderburk wrote the track back in 2008. Baker even had the original song as part of his “Brand New Beat” album years ago.

More than a decade later, the Brazilian pop sensations release a more upbeat version. The band shares:

The song has strong, memorable melodies, great vocal openings, and lyrics about love that really reflect what the band is all about. From the first listen, we could already hear ourselves singing it.

The new version was mixed by Funderburk and mastered by Justin Perkins at Mystery Room Mastering. The Khouri brothers also served as the producers.
