Atarayo unleashes intense energy with “Haku ハク,” a fast-paced track that mirrors the high-stakes tension of its anime tie-in, Hell Mode: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing.

Atarayo delivers full-force momentum with “Haku ハク,” a fast and tightly controlled track driven by intensity and precision. The song turns the pressure of high-stakes gameplay into sound, pushing forward with constant motion and rising tension. As a result, it captures a feeling of challenge without ever losing focus.

“Haku” also serves as the opening theme for the TV anime Hell Mode: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing, which began airing on January 9. Built on aggressive tempo and sharp structure, the track mirrors the anime’s unforgiving world. Meanwhile, vocalist Hitomi’s clear and cutting delivery adds urgency while grounding the song in emotion.

“Haku ハク,” Music Video

Alongside the single, Atarayo released an official music video that drops viewers into a game-like setting. The visuals move at the same speed as the music, using bold graphic elements to heighten the impact. Toward the end, AI-driven effects reshape everyday scenes into something unsettling and surreal.

Director Osela explained that the video explores the idea of inner conflict rather than external threats. The brief moments of release, according to the director, represent clarity born from one’s own will. Beyond this release, Atarayo continues to gain momentum after completing their “Yume-gatari TOUR 2025” across Asia and Japan. With sold-out shows and growing international attention, the band reinforces its identity as emotionally driven, technically sharp, and unafraid of intensity.

About Atarayo

Atarayo is a band that thrives on transforming sadness into music. Their name, derived from the Japanese “atarayo (可惜夜),” means “a night so beautiful you hate to see it end.”

They started sharing music on YouTube in November 2020. Their debut track, “10月無口な君を忘れる,” quickly drew attention with its emotional vocals, urban sound, and relatable, bittersweet lyrics.

Since then, Atarayo has released a string of digital singles, EPs, and albums, rapidly climbing charts on LINE MUSIC, Spotify, TikTok, and AWA. Less than a year into their career, they even appeared on THE FIRST TAKE. Key milestones include 1st EP “夜明け前” (2021) and 1st Album “極夜において月は語らず” (2022).

It also includes 1st Asia Tour “Atarayo First Asia Tour 2024” (2024), 2nd Album “朝露は木漏れ日に溶けて” (2024), 2nd Asia Tour “あたらよ『夢語り Yume-gatari』TOUR 2025” (2025), and 3rd Album “Utakata 泡沫の夢は幻に” (2025).

With each release and tour, Atarayo’s fanbase expands both in Japan and overseas, drawn to their distinct sound and immersive storytelling. Their music continues to connect deeply, turning fleeting moments of sadness into shared, unforgettable experiences.
