Drum roll, please; the wait is now over. The complete list for the upcoming GRAMMY awards has been revealed!
In a surprise post announcement via ‘X’ formerly known as Twitter, the prestigious award nominees for The Grammy Awards brought excitement to fans. The show will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 4 via CBS and Paramount.
It is indeed a history in the making as three new categories, Best African Music Performance, Best Alternative Jazz Album, and Best Pop Dance Recording, are introduced for the show.

GRAMMY Nominees Domination
Highly recognized nominations are bagged by the following artists nominated for more than one category.
Topping the list is SZA with nine nominations, including Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Record Of The Year. Following the lead is Phoebe Bridgers with seven nominations, plus tied up with six nominations each are American Indie group boygenius, Brandy Clark, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and Victoria Monét.
Meanwhile, the BARBIE and real-world had actually merged into one as the movie’s soundtrack led its official soundtrack list. The movie garnered 11 nominations for Best Song Written For Visual Media, Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media, and Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media.

Pioneering Categories
Highlighting the Best African Music Performance category, Recording Academy project manager Shawn Thwaites shared that adding such a category is a significant step towards an inclusive music award.
“Giving African music its own category would highlight and celebrate the diversity and richness of Africa,” Shawn says.
In the recent announcement, three of the newest categories recognized the following nominees:
