How “PIMPIN’” happened
In this collaboration, Joony explained that since Isaiah’s sound leans toward R&B and his own music carries a laid-back, confident vibe, they set out to craft something suave, sexy, and cool. After Isaiah laid down the hook, Joony jumped in with his verse and later sent the track to Larry June, who immediately vibed with it and sent his verse right back.
