Hayley Williams returns with not just one track but a full-length album. She released her brand-new single, “Parachute,” along with her newest album, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party.

Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party is the newest album of 3x GRAMMY-winning singer, songwriter, and musician Hayley Williams. The album is a surprise collection of not just 5 or 10 tracks, but 17 unsequenced songs.

This album stirred Williams’ fans into creating their own tracklistings—even going as far as making hayleysingles.com. This is where fans shared their preferred sequence of Williams’ songs, which Hayley actually took into consideration.

The final version of the album consists of the fans’ playlists. Moreover, it includes Hayley’s never-before-heard song “Parachute,” which was labeled the Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1’s New Music Show on August 28.

Hayley Williams’ newest album was produced by Daniel James. It’s worth mentioning that Hayley wrote, played, and recorded multiple instruments for the 18 songs. Her longtime collaborators Brian Robert Jones and Joey Howard also contributed to this album.

Hayley has already released music videos for the album’s title track, directed by Zachary Gray. Her single “Glum” was directed by her Paramore bandmates Zac Farro and AJ Gibboney.

Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party showcases Williams’ versatility across different genres—from “Mirtazapine,” which highlights a late-’90s alt-rock love letter to antidepressants, to “Glum,” a striking portrayal of loneliness in every tune.

Other songs that bring the album to life are “Whim,” which goes back to Williams’ Nashville roots, and “Ice in My OJ,” which features her most biting and humorous delivery. The song’s chorus quickly piqued fans’ attention, reminding them of Hayley in 2004 on “Jumping Inside” by the Mammoth City Messengers.

The physical album is now available for pre-order and will be out on November 17th. Additionally, vinyl in Black and “Zissou Clear-Wave” editions are available on Hayley’s webstore.
