On October 18, Friday, Conan Gray released a new single about friendship titled “Holidays.”

“Holidays” was his first single following his album Found Heaven, which included songs like “Eye Of The Night,” “Alley Rose,” “The Final Fight,” “Lonely Dancers,” “Winner,” and more.
It is a song about friendship that makes us feel something when we hear it. Conan’s beautiful voice and its soft melody have become our favorite combination. Reminiscing about the times we spent with our friends in a place we never imagined would change one day.

Capturing the holidays with “Holidays”
Conan mentions his new single: “‘Holidays’ is a song about friendship. The holidays have always been a bittersweet time for me for so many reasons. Something about the air, the sappy music, the families, and all the expectations. But most of all, it’s witnessing the passage of time. Catching up with old friends and realizing that you might just be ‘catching up’ forever now. That you’ll never be 17 again, living in the same town, waiting for winter break to end.”
He added, “I wanted to make a song that captured that feeling of coming back home to your hometown after moving away and seeing little bits and pieces slowly change— until one day you look around and your town just isn’t your town anymore. But the one thing that never seems to change is your friendships. I can leave for six months, but right when I land back in Texas, it’s like nobody left. The same food orders, the same dark coffee, and forever the same laughs. That’s what gets me through the holidays every year.”
Meanwhile, his Found Heaven On Tour will begin in Europe, the UK, and Australia soon. Conan will hold seven shows in the following cities: Amsterdam on November 2 to 3, Brussels on November 4, Paris on November 5, Manchester on November 7 to 8, and London on November 10.
