New bop song alert! Conan Gray drops his third single for this year and it’s a new breakup song!
Conan Gray is literally killing us with his masterpiece as he delivers a new song titled “Killing Me.” He never disappoints, really.

“KILLING ME IS OUT NOW ✪ wrote this song while i had the flu <3 because sometimes in life you get your heart broken so badly you become physically ill for six months and have to get your tonsils surgically removed 🙂 but i hope this song made it worth it! produced by the very best, max martin and oscar holter. happy halloween ;)” Conan said in his Instagram post.
“Killing Me” has a 80s and Halloween vibes that immediately makes you want to dance while simultaneously sobbing. Once you understand the lyrics of this song, you will feel relatable and heartfelt.
During his Instagram live on November 4, 2023, it was also revealed that this song is about his first ever true break up, which was quiet painful, and the kiss that created the song “Killing Me” was not his first kiss.
Conan also stated in a previous interview that he has never dated or kissed anyone, but now admits that “Even it’s not true….., anymore.”
Furthermore, Conan Gray released a lyric video for this song, co written by Max Martin & Oscar Holter.
The latest single follows “Winner” which he released last August 25, 2023. Both “Never Ending Songs” and “Winner” are new songs after he dropped his sophomore album Superache last year, which includes the tracks “Astronomy”, “Family Line”, “Movies”, and “Memories.”
