Bruno Mars is officially back — and he’s bringing the roses with him.
A full decade after the last solo era of Bruno Mars, the 16-time GRAMMY® winner has returned with his fourth studio album, The Romantic, out now via Atlantic Records. The nine-track project signals a new chapter for the global superstar: grand, theatrical, and unapologetically in love.
Leading the charge is “I Just Might,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. This marks his first-ever No. 1 debut on the chart. Meanwhile, “Risk It All” arrives with a cinematic music video co-directed by Mars and Daniel Ramos, leaning into the album’s lush, high-stakes devotion. To celebrate the release, Mars premiered The Romantic across all iHeartRadio stations while simultaneously livestreaming with fans on TikTok Live — a fittingly modern rollout for an artist who has consistently mastered both nostalgia and now.
A Global Love Letter
True to its title, The Romantic is more than an album. It’s an experience. Around the world, fans were greeted with mobile flower trucks handing out roses, interactive “love lock” walls, and a The Romantic Flower Shop pop-up at Tommy’s Gift Shop on Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles. The immersive activations transform the record into a tangible celebration of love in all its drama and devotion.
The release follows an extraordinary run for Mars. His Lady Gaga collaboration “Die With A Smile” became the fastest song in Spotify history to reach one billion streams and dominated the Billboard Global 200 for 18 weeks. “APT.” with ROSÉ proved equally unstoppable, earning IFPI’s biggest-selling global single of 2025 and multiple GRAMMY® nominations.
Mars’ career milestones continue to stack up. In 2025, he became the first artist to surpass 150 million monthly listeners on Spotify. He now boasts at least seven RIAA Diamond-certified singles, including “Just the Way You Are,” the highest-certified song in RIAA history at 21x Platinum. With ten Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits and over 345 weeks on the Billboard 200 for Doo-Wops & Hooligans, Mars remains one of pop’s most enduring hitmakers.
