XYVRL debuted with “Ako Lang ‘To” single and is the newest artist of Universal Records PH!
XYVRL (pronounced as SAI-FRIL) finally debuts with her song, “Ako Lang ‘To.”
The song “Ako Lang ‘To” talks about how lonely the top gets. It portrays the challenge of finding like-minded, ambitious individuals while focusing on personal goals and aspirations.
Moreover, it addresses misconceptions about quiet people. It suggests their silence often stems from conserving energy for meaningful interactions rather than shyness.

XYVRL’s musical journey started almost the moment she was able to speak. By age two, she could sing Heart’s “Alone” perfectly. At three, she was composing and humming her own original songs. Throughout her early years, her love of music grew, inspiring her to compose acoustic tunes and give performances at school functions. Her early years featured self-taught guitar and keyboard skills, minimal violin lessons, and deep, independent musical learning.5
A major turning point in her musical journey was the pandemic. She was able to experiment with recording through a school assignment, moving from acoustic to hip-hop. This change opened opportunities for her, and she quickly found herself taking part in rap challenges and online composition competitions. She received acclaim for her talent from Filipino rap icons Gloc-9, Smugglaz, and Loonie.
Growing up with diverse musical styles, XYVRL evolved into a versatile artist, blending various sounds to craft her unique musical identity. It makes sense that she was quickly identified by UR, a well-known musical label in the Philippines. Her debut single “Ako Lang ‘To” introduces a fresh, innovative sound, promising to captivate listeners and marking the start of her journey.
