The pop sensation Cup Of Joe recently released the latest single “Misteryoso.”
Cup of Joe boasts its signature elements through “Misteryoso,” with captivating melodies, relatable lyrics, and impeccable production, all enhanced by renowned producer Shadiel Chan.
The band’s lineup includes lead vocalists Raphael Ridao and Gian Bernardino, guitarists CJ Fernandez and Gab Fernandez, keyboardist Xen Gareza, and bassist Raphael Severino. Their collaborative synergy is evident in Cup of Joe‘s “Misteryoso,” which blends traditional OPM with modern pop influences.
Shadiel Chan, who has previously worked with artists like Dilaw, Sunkissed Lola, and Arthur Miguel, shared his excitement about the project. [Cup of Joe’s] “Misteryoso” was created to merge classic OPM with contemporary pop elements,” Chan explained.
“We incorporated unexpected, ear-catching elements and a fairytale-like atmosphere to make the song truly unique,” he added.
This release follows a string of successful singles by Cup of Joe, including “Estranghero,” “Patutunguhan,” “Ikaw Pa Rin Ang Pipiliin Ko,” and their recent duet “Tingin” with Janine, known for her hit “Hulaan.”
Chan praised their songwriting and melodic skills when asked about what sets Cup of Joe apart from the rest.
“Cup of Joe is exceptional because they craft songs and melodies that resonate with both Filipino and international audiences,” he noted.
Chan also highlighted the band’s visual appeal, stating, “Their ability to blend traditional band sounds with P-pop visuals makes them stand out. In today’s music scene, they are a melting pot of favorite Filipino musical flavors.”

Released under Viva Records, Cup of Joe’s “Misteryoso” was made available on all streaming platforms starting May 17, 2024.
