Zerobaseone Sets New Records with ‘Cinema Paradise’ EP Release

Rookie grandslam winner ZEROBASEONE bags new achievements with the release of their new EP, Cinema Paradise.

Zerobaseone is achieving unprecedented success with the release of Cinema Paradise. Popularly known as ZB1, the group makes their third comeback with this mini album.

As its first day of release closed, Cinema Paradise recorded a sale of over a million copies. This is their fourth album to do so, making Zerobaseone become the fastest quadruple million seller.

This also makes ZB1 the only K-Pop group to achieve such a feat. Morever, all of their albums are now first-day million sellers, only one year and one month since their debut.

Zerobaseone is also breaking their own records with the release of Cinema Paradise. The music video of the lead track, “Good So Bad,” beat its predecessors with 13.44 million views on YouTube in less than 24 hours.

Unsurprisingly, the MV views of “Good So Bad” also cement ZB1 as 5th generation icons, as they now hold the highest count record among 5th generation K-Pop boy groups.

Besides “Good So Bad,” Cinema Paradise also packs equally amazing songs: “Kill The Romeo,” “The Sea—ZB1 Remake,” “Insomnia,” “Road Movie,” “Eternity,” and “YURA YURA—Korean Version.”

Boasting a great tracklist with Cinema Paradise, ZEROBASEONE joins Plave as the only 5th generation groups to have an album surpass 2 million streams on MelOn in the first 24 hours. Furthermore, ZB1 and Plave are the only 5th generation boy groups to chart all B-sides of an album on MelOn’s TOP 100.

With the release of Cinema Paradise, Zerose have new tracks to bask more in ZB1’s vocal and rap skills. Even more excitingly, these songs are sure to make their Timeless World Tour setlist more anticipated!
